THREE ENGLISH DELFT POWDERED-MANGANESE-GROUND PLATES CIRCA 1739-45, THE FIRST PROBABLY WINCANTON, THE OTHER TWO PROBABLY BRISTOL The first painted in blue with an estuary scene in a hexagonal panel, the second probably Templebach by Thomas Cantel, with a chinoiserie figure in landscape, the third painted in a bright palette with birds and insects amongst flowers Carew-Shaw Collection, nos.496, 577 and 719 Each about 9 in. (22.9 cm.) diam. (3)
