Early 19th century
in ink and colour on silk, depicting a continuous scene of ladies at leisure in gardens of pavilions and on terraces, variously strolling, seated in conversation, playing musical instruments, dancing, feeding cranes, on a swing, gathering flowers and at other pursuits -- the sections 51in. x 116in. (129.5cms x 294.5cms) and 51in. x 77½in. (129.5cms x 197cms), (damages and old wear, backed).
