Two Wood and Ivory Netsuke**
Edo period (19th century), the first with signature Shuichi, the second Hokoku
The first carved as a man asleep at a tea churn, the family crest on the back of his kimono inlaid in ivory; the second of a seated boy wearing a mask of the character Hyotoko, the mask ivory
