Woodcut triptych of beauties in pleasure boats enjoying the summer evening on the Sumida River below Ryogoku Bridge in Edo, the prow, panel and lanterns on the right boat emblazoned with the claim kawa ichimaru (number one boat on the river), signed Hiroshige ga and published by Fujiokaya Hikotaro--very good impression, extensive wood grain, slightly faded, a few small repairs, though generally good condition
oban tate-e: 14½ x 10 1/8in. (37 x 25.6cm.) each approx.
