The first wine in history, mythical ERECTUS, the only ever produced with all clusters held upwards until the harvest, meeting plant verticality request.
Each berry of Corvina, Montepulciano and Sangiovese is choosen with manual selection by using magnifying glasses and only the best goes inside for a particular wine.
Vinification cellar is located in Tuscany, special amphoras made of pharmaceutical glass were expressly produced to allow fermentation of ERECTUS clusters

Every two years water must be added to plumbing system using the proper siringe to mantein correct umidity temperature and signing next to the correct date on the box.
