We discover from Wang Yan Cheng's exploration of the plastic the long and beautiful story about classical Chinese paintings, the basic of his art works. Let us not forget that Wang has been one of the youngest artists recognized as a member at the Chinese Artist's Association thirty years ago. The fascinating effect found in Wang Yan Cheng's art brings the viewers to the most distint position in the ordinary and the everyday life. We could probably define his style as "abstract cosmic", applying the characteristics of his research on plastic arts. We entitled the artist as abstract cosmic painter according to his approach and style. He works constantly to create new balances between different colours. He does not restrain himself by the decoration and the appearance of the piece, he brings us to the most fundamental point, the inside of 'things', as we are situated in the "big band", in the middle of a forceful tragedy with unpredictable outcomes, with anxiety of "black holes", whirlwinds and irregular quakes. Even though modern scientists destroyed our imagination by researching and analyzing the theories on epic dimensions, the artist still shares the purest and continuous desire of 'living', the ember of life spread on a limited surface, the unquenchable creative power, the fire living insider the world.
