Ackermann, 1812-1820-[1821]. 3 volumes, 8vo, coloured aquatint frontispiece in each volume, vols I & II with additional aquatint title-page, and 75 coloured plates by Thomas Rowlandson, coloured vignette at end of vol. III. (Vol. I browned, spotted and some offsetting, only very light offsetting from plates in remaining vols., a few occasional light spots.) Red morocco by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, spines lettered in gilt, gilt edges. FIRST EDITION IN BOOK FORM, FIRST ISSUE with heading 'Chapter I' in vol. I and first state of plate 15 in vol. II.
