WINSTON S. CHURCHILL (1874-1965)
A malacca walking cane with horn knop and tip, the knop inlaid with yellow metal studs (one detached, one lacking), the yellow metal collar containing french markings, 32in. long.



Provenance: The walking stick was given by Churchill to the Countess Clary when he was visiting a Paris hospital after the Second World War. In 1953 the Countess, whilst on a visit to the present vendor, donated the walking stick to her.
