Partly printed document accomplished and signed ("James Madison") as President, drawn on Bank of Columbia, Washington, 8 December 1814. 1 page, oblong (2 ¾ x 6in.), printed scrollwork design in left margin, slit cancellations, laid down on mat, with engraved portrait of Madison.
