Single sheet broadside (165 x 100mm) inlaid into a larger sheet. Text in large and small italic, black letter and roman type, within ruled border.

NOT RECORDED IN STC. This broadside with similar text and lay-out, but not in black letter type and with modernised spelling, was reprinted in London by Benjamin Billingsley in 1672, with his imprint at the bottom. (Revised Wing D0A, previously D1). We are most grateful to the National Library of Scotland, where the unique 1672 Haigh Hall copy from the Crawford Collection is deposited, for making this information available to us. Our copy of the earlier broadside has no imprint. This may, of course, have been cropped, but we believe it to be more likely that it was never present.
