拍品專文

The coat-of-arms at the head of the bed is that of the Visconti family: a boy issuing forth from the mouth of a crowned snake. The Visconti family were Milanese, as was Vallardi, who owned the drawing, which would suggest that the artist was probably from Lombardy.
