An unusual herbal and compilation of medical receipts, which went through several editions and several titles. It first appeared under the title Vade-mecum botanicum in 1694 and under its present title in 1706. Despite its title, the Curioser Chymicus is devoted to herbal and mineral remedies, as are the subsequent sections.
