PAOLO SCAVINO
Established in 1921 by his father, Enrico Scavino makes modernist Barolo from six of the eleven villages in the region. It is made in a style that emphasizes intensity and purity of fruit. That said, the terroir from each of his four single-vineyard wines manages to shine through with focus-alongside numerous other exceptional blends.
