With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 1 October 2004, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with ceramic-white dial, Roman numerals in bassine style and luminescent coating in 2004 and its subsequent in 1 October 2004.

The present watch features an added layer of interest due to its provenance: consigned in Switzerland, its original owner - who is offering it for sale - is a watchmaker at Patek Philippe. The piece was acquired directly from the company instead of a retailer, and that's the reason why the guarantee is not stamped.

Patek Philippe produced reference 5036 from 1997 until approximately 2006. The reference was the first annual calendar wristwatch with moon phases. To the best of our knowledge, this watch is fresh to the market.
