Accompanied by Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated March 1991 and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1990 and its subsequent sale on 12 December 1990. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe presentation box and outer packaging. This watch has never been offered in public before.

Production of reference 3998 started in 1989 and was discontinued in 2005.
