CH 27-70 Q nickel-finished lever movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 24 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, the silvered brushed dial with applied gold baton numerals, gold feuille hands, two windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds combined with 12 hours register, 30 minutes register combined with leap year indicator, date combined with phases of the moon, in circular water-resistant-type case with screw back, downturned fluted lugs, two round chronograph buttons in the band, together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed
