With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin undated confirming production of the present watch with pink/black gold markers, user manual, setting pin, original fitted presentation box with engraved commemorative medallion and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with sunburst silvered dial in 1999 and its subsequent sale on 2 December 1999.

This present watch is from a limited edition of 100 pieces made especially in 1999 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Milan A. C. The entire production was reserved for club members and was not available to the general public.

Reference 5035 was the first wristwatch ever to be fitted with an annual calendar. It was in production from 1996 to 2005.
