27 SC, with nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, movement stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva, metal dust cap, the silvered dial with applied white gold baton indexes, white gold dauphine hands, sweep center seconds, the circular water-resistant-type case with raised bezel, downturned lugs, screw back (No. 685303 Ref. 2533), together with a stainless steel Patek Philippe buckle, accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, case, dial and movement signed
