Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1949 and its subsequent sale on 8 March 1950.

The manufacture of reference 2430 was launched in 1948. The present watch has never been offered in public before and is one of four examples of this model in yellow gold and six in pink gold known to this day. Its desirability is furthermore enhanced by its large size and the unusual lugs.
