With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with white dial, yellow gold Breguet numerals and outer railway minute divisions in 1998 and its subsequent sale on 30 October 1998. Furthermore delivered with copy of Patek Philippe servicing invoice dated 28 July 2009 and contemporary fitted burgundy red presentation box.

Since its recent overhaul at Patek Philippe, the present watch has not been used and is preserved in excellent overall condition. To the best of our knowledge, it has never been offered at auction before.

Reference 4864 was in production from 1997 to 2005.
