With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with raised hour markers in gold in 1948 and its subsequent sale on 21 September 1949.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never been offered in public before. It is furthermore believed to be one of five examples of a reference 707/2 in pink gold to appear in public to date.

Reference 707 was in production from around 1940 until the late 1950s. The model was available in yellow and pink gold, distinguished by its sharp edges to the case and the hexagonal-shaped bow.
