Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1968 and its subsequent sale on 30 August 1968.

Fresh to the market it is believed to be the only eleventh example of this reference to appear in public to date.

Reference 3484 was launched in 1963 and was produced until approximately 1969, available exclusively in stainless steel.
