The Spanish edition of Part Two titled 'Relación del martyrio de quarenta y cinco Christianos' was first published with Part One in Spanish in Rome in 1615. Morejón was one of five major Jesuit correspondents from Japan, the others being Françis Xavier, Luis Frois, Cabral and Valignano. He was also the rector of the College at Macan [Kyoto] and he continued publishing on the Christian martyrdoms in Japan until 1631, having spent over forty years with the Jesuit missions to Spanish America and Japan, witnessing the worst of the persecutions from 1611-1620. At this time, St. Omer was part of Spanish Flanders and a Jesuit training centre where English Catholics came secretly for religious training. Wright studied in Rome and in 1581 was admitted into the Society of Jesus. After his return to England he was seized and sent to the Tower of London in 1607. He escaped. STC 14527; Cordier Japonica 287; Palau 181469, listing this 1619 printing but also a 1617 English edition of which no trace can be found.
