Two bibles, one with black leather cover stamped in gilt HOLY BIBLE, MARLON BRANDO JR., the other a Gideon bible annotated on 7 pages of the Book Of Revelations in blue ballpoint pen in Brando's hand with comments on the text or observations regarding American Indians, including: the voice of the Ind. was a whimper in cold grass and is now thunder...your holy book speaks of gold and silver gates of peals [sic] Ind. speaks of grass, rain and earth...why gates of pearl gold and not from steel $ that's why; accompanied by two religious icons, including: a brass cross applied with a figure of Jesus Christ -- 10in.
