Lot Essay

US$10,000-15,000

The present "Day-Date" is a classic example from the 70's with a beautiful recessed dial. The rarity of the present watch comes from its very good and original case condition, offering two sharp gold marks underneath the lugs but also the rare Rolex coronet hallmark which is intact and hardly ever seen on these models.
