Cal. 72 mechanical movement, 17 jewels, white matte dial, square and Arabic numerals, luminous accents, luminous hands, fifth of a second divisions, red telemetre scale, blue tachymetre scale, three sunken, engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minutes and twelve hours registers, tonneau-shaped water-resistant-type case, screw back, screw down crown, two round chronograph buttons in the band, stainless steel Rolex Oyster expandable riveted bracelet, deployant clasp stamped “2.59”, case, dial and movement signed

Reference 6034 was introduced into the market in the early 1950s; the majority was cased in stainless steel or 18K gold, a small series in 14K gold.
