Persian manuscript on gold speckled paper, 148ff. plus 3 fly-leaves, each folio with 12ll. of black nasta'liq arranged in two columns with double intercolumnar divisions, titles in blue or red nasta'liq, catchwords, within coloured borders with gold scrolls, within gold and polychrome rules, the gold speckled margins with gold, pink and green floral illumination, the opening bifolio finely illuminated, some pages with the text written diagonally within small cartouches, the final folio possibly added, misbound, waterstaining, in gilt and stamped red morocco
