Vertue in volume I, engraved title after T. Stothard or Isaac Oliver in each volume. (Some leaves evenly browned, occasional spotting, title of vol. VI very lightly waterstained.) Half calf gilt by Riviere & Son, flat spines gilt in compartments with contrasting morocco lettering-pieces, gilt edges (front joints of vols. III and VI splitting, front cover of vol. VI slightly warped caused by damp, extremities lightly rubbed).
