A rare illustrated colour programme and corresponding ticket for the Royal World Première of A Hard Day's Night, London Pavilion, Piccadilly Circus, London, Monday, 6th July, 1964; accompanied by a typescript letter on Variety Club Of Gt. Britain headed stationery to Charles Berman at United Artists, dated 5th May, 1964, ...enclosing three tickets at £1 each... these are the first Premiere tickets to be sent out!..., 1p.; and a typescript letter on United Artists Corporation Ltd. headed stationery from Charles Berman, dated 6th May, 1964 ...herewith three precious £1 tickets for the Beatles film A Hard Day's Night, and let me tell you that these are the first tickets to go out as everything seems to have been sold twice over already..., 1p., with corresponding compliments slip and envelope; and two black and white stills from the film, largest -- 7¾x9½in.
