When the Bee Gees burst upon the scene in England in 1967 they were hailed as the most important new group of the year. According to designer David Christian ...There are only three signed proofs of the 'New York Mining Disaster, 1941' poster in existence. The Bee Gees have one, and I retain one, this is therefore almost unique as is the rest of the material [in this lot]....
