Edo Period (18th Century)
A round iron plate carved, pierced and inlaid in Hikone bori, with the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove, signed Goshu Hikone ju Soheishi Nyudo Soten Sei; and an oval iron plate carved, pierced and inlaid in Hikone Bori with Ushiwaka [a young Yoshitsune] with his mother and other boys playing takeuma, with signature Goshu Hikone ju Soheishi Nyudo Soten Sei
