Two famille rose dishes and two ladles
Qianlong
A basin painted to the centre with two pheasants perched on rockwork between peony stems, surrounded by a pink and green trellis- and keyfret-pattern band divided by floral cartouches, 31.7 cm. diam.; a hexagonal basin decorated with peony, 37 cm. diam.; and two ladles of circular and shaped oval form, painted with scattered sprays of small roses below a spearhead-pattern border, with long wooden baluster handle, the dishes with restorations (4)
