Both jadeite plaques of highly translucent material, suffused with intense green splashes, streaks and veins to the near colourless background, carved and pierced as the fish and kingfisher to the lotus sprigs and bud, reperesenting the rebus "nian nian you yu" or "With surplus year after year"; one jadeite plaque within a diamond cluster surround, mounted in 18k white gold, plaques approximately 52.85 x 25.91 x 3.64 and 53.25 x 26.13 x 2.95 mm
