Heavy snow covering the slope of Kanbara in the evening. The snowflakes falling on trees, houses and mountains quietly. This scene is known to be an imaginary scene created by Hiroshige as it rarely snows in Kambara, the small village by the seashore of Shizuoka Prefecture. In this impression, there are some extra details shown between the lines of legs of the man at further right which are completely cleaned out in the later impressions.
