Cal. 1003 finely engraved mechanical lever movement, 18 jewels, skeletonised dial, circular case, baton numerals engraved on the bezel, snap on back, hinged within a United States of America Twenty Dollar coin, the front with the Lady of Liberty and dated 1903, the bald eagle to the reverse, revealed by pressing the thumbpiece in the milled band, 18k gold Vacheron Constantin buckle, case, dial and movement signed
