With finely engraved skeletonised lever movement, 36 jewels, pierced and engraved 21k gold-rimmed rotor, the skeletonised dial with four subsidiary dials indicating day, date, month combined with leap year and phases of the moon combined with lunar calendar, in circular case with stepped bezel, glazed display snap on back, together with aplatinum Vacheron Constantin buckle, case, dial and movement signed
