Outre le prix de l'adjudication, l'acheteur devra s'acquitter des frais de 27,508 TTC du prix marteau sur les premiers 110.000 Euros et 18,538 TTC sur toute somme au delà de 110.000 Euros. Sur preuve d'exportation hors de l'Union Européenne, nous rembourserons 10 sur les premiers 110.000 Euros et 8,538 pour toute somme au-delà de 110.000 Euros. Net 17,50 jusqu'à 110.000 Euros et 10 pour toute somme au-delà de 110.000 Euros.
Monsieur Stéphane Kempa has confirmed the authenticity of this work which will be included in the forthcoming Victor Vignon catalogue raisonné. A certificate of authenticity will be issued to the purchaser.
The purchase price payable by the successful bidder shall be the aggregate of the final bid and a premium of 27,508 of the hammer price of each lot up to 110.000 Euros and 18,538 on any sum in excess of 110.000 Euros. On proof of export outside the European Union, we will refund to the buyer 10 on the first 110.000 Euros and 8,538 on any sum in excess of 110.000 Euros. Net 17,5 up to 110.000 Euros and 10 in excess of 110.000 Euros.
