Provenance
The signee, Lourival Fontes, was a special political advisor from Brazil who traveled to Hollywood in 1942 where he and his wife met Walt Disney on an official visit. Disney personally gave them this signed "Saludos Amigos" cel and posed with them for a photograph which is also included.
