the complete portfolio of nine etchings with drypoint, open bite and some hand-colouring, some printed in colour or with coloured tone, with title page and justification, this copy not numbered, a set of trial proofs, before the edition of 65 (including ten deluxe copies printed on Japan, numbered in Roman numerals), printed by the artist and/or A. Ruckenbrod, Berlin, six printed on various types of Japan, three on wove, all signed in pencil, all but one (E. 163) inscribed Probedruck, other various inscriptions at the lower sheet edges, the full sheets (various sheet sizes), all with deckle edges at one or two sides, the prints on Japan hinged to thin card mounts, the others loose, generally in very good condition, within the original blue cardboard folder with the title and publication date on the front, vellum spine, some minor wear, generally in good condition(portfolio)
