Wang Liankui (1905-1996) was born in Sichuan province. He was an established member of the Kuomintang, and held the position of Director for the Municipal Government General Services Department and Defense Department in Chongqing. He later moved to Taiwan to become a member of the National Assembly of Taiwan.
