The nearly round, flat stone engraved with a figure of Diomedes holding the Palladion in his left hand, stepping over an altar, a sword in his right hand, his mantle draped over his left arm, a column topped by a statue to his right; mounted as a ring in a European gold setting of the late 18th or early 19th century
