    The hoop solid cast with angled sides, the expanding shoulders with deep ridges terminating at the bezel in volutes, the raised oval bezel set with the bevelled stone engraved with Mars, facing right, armed with a spear, shield and crested helmet
    1 1/16 in. (2.7 cm.) wide; ring size 6½
