With fluted one-piece skull with spirally fluted drop-shaped finial on a large star-shaped washer, the lower part encircled by three rows of rivets, rivetted pointed peak with staple and stellate screw retaining an adjustable nasal, neck-guard of four upward-lapping lames with cusped subsidiary edges studded with rivets, pierced cheek pieces of three downward-lapping lames, and turned roped edges throughout (the nasal and cheek pieces expertly replaced).
