A FRENCH MODEL CANNON ON A TRUCK CARRIAGE 19th Century With heavy brass barrel cast in relief, with moulded muzzle and a series of astragals and fillets augmented by raised bands of leaves at either end of the chase, the latter section also decorated with a profile head medallion, the first reinforce cast with a vacant shield and coronet over the spurious date '1563', flower-shaped cascable button, trunnions, and plain handles. 25in (63.5cm) barrel
