Paris: Louys Boissevin, [c.1660]. 4° (284 x 194mm), engraved throughout, 64 portraits only (of 65), with text below. (Title angled and creased, some browning.) Contemporary English calf, spine gilt (front cover almost detached).
FIRST EDITION. This copy contains plates 1-61 followed by three unnumbered. Two of the unumbered plates have the imprint 'chez Daret' and dates 1653 and 1652. The final plate of Louis XIV is by I. Frosne. Brunet I, 1072.
