Woodcut device on title and last page, numerous woodcut illustrations and diagrams, some full-page (several leaves in the middle and at the end lightly adhering to each other, unnecessary repair on L1, a little light spotting). Contemporary (Oxford?) blindstamped calf, arabesques on sides, binder's waste from a continental incunable or very early 16th-century leaf (slightly worn). Adams C676.
