THE RARE SALESMAN'S PROSPECTUS FOR THE FIRST AMERICAN EDITION, comprising of half-title, title, Contents, List of illustrations, Preface, selections from the text, representative illustrations by Dan Beard, publisher's advertisement, and the three binding samples (backstrips: morocco and calf with morocco labels, pictorial cloth cover and spine) mounted on inside covers, the front endpaper is the marbled paper used with the leather bindings for the book.
