Label SIGNED BY HALLER adhered to half-title: “Best Wishes, Henry Haller.” Henry Haller, the White House Chef through 5 administrations and more than 250 state dinners, worked at the White House for 21 years, from 1966 through 1987. Hired while Lyndon B. Johnson was in office, worked at the White House through the second half of Reagan’s second term as president.
