FIRST EDITION. This was the last stage production associated with Dickens before his death in 1870. The novel was also first published in 1867, in the Christmas issue of All the Year Round. Scarce: according to American Book Prices Current no copies have appeared at auction in at least thirty years. Yale/Gimbel B297. FINE.
