FIRST EDITION, FIRST ISSUE with the the white errata slip inserted before p.481. The advertisements largely agree with those listed by Hatton & Cleaver save that part 1 lacks 8pp., part 4 4pp., part 6 6pp., part 12 6pp., part 13 28pp., part 15 4pp., part 16 4pp. and part 18 2pp. Hatton & Cleaver pp.307-30.
